I have the game for PC and I have also played it on Xbox 360. My pc copy looks a lot worse graphics wise than the xbox. Also, I haven't found where to change the graphics quality (ie. Textures, effects etc.) the only thing under the graphics tab in the options menu is anti aliasing and resolution. Where can I change. Mass Effect trilogy is build on Unreal Engine 3 which base settings can be tweaked by editing game configuration files.ini-s. GamerSettings.ini - is user's custom configuration where graphical settings are stored. C: Users Documents BioWare Mass Effect 3 BIOGame Config.
EDIT#3: I was able to change the settings however they were for the general computer and did nothing to change how the Mass Effect games were functioning. The problem is localized with them and no other games that I have on my laptop are having this issue (TOR included). To run Mass Effect 3 on high graphics settings your PC will require at least a 0MB GeForce 9800 GT / Radeon HD 4850 with a Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ CPU.
